Local Bands

This page is dedicated to helping our friends promote their bands and their music.  These bands are all from the local community and they work very hard to bring us good entertainment. These bands and their members all live in the local community and give back to our community by performing at local venue's. Many times these bands and their members perform and promote for benefit concerts in our community. Please support them by attending their shows and purchasing their merchandise.

Mike Herrera may be best known for being the frontman of MxPx but his solo project, Tumbledown, is the flipside of MxPx's distinctive punk rock sound. Herrera's country music project may have been a long time coming but it's definitely worth the wait. The record is out now through End Sounds. We should have some fancy words here and some epic story but we were a band that played for roughly three years straight then BJ moved back to Chicago and started The Massacres, Nicole Moved forward with her side project The Hatchet Wounds, Dane the "Trainwreck" Moved to Illinois somewhere and Tyler surfs. We got back together by the request of Nicole's little sister to play her 21st birthday party but using the line up of Nicole and BJ's current band Nicole DeVille and Her Manhands, we just added our new full time guitar player Darrin so now both bands are playing out with the occasional different guitar player sitting in for both bands for live shows. The near future brings both Manhands and Wreckin' Machine back to the studio to Record (manhands) and Re-record some E.P.'s for all of you lovely people to buy at the shows.
